Coverage:

1. Defects in Materials and Workmanship:

   • Covers any defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the jewelry.
   • Includes repair or replacement of broken parts such as clasps, settings, and prongs.

2. Plating:

   • Provides re-plating services for jewelry that tarnishes or fades within one year from the purchase date.

Exclusions:

1. Normal Wear and Tear:

   • Does not cover scratches, dents, or damage from everyday wear.
   • Excludes discoloration resulting from contact with chemicals, makeup, etc.

2. Accidental Damage:

   • Does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
   • Excludes damage due to improper care or cleaning.

3. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:

   • Any repairs or modifications not performed or authorized by the retailer or manufacturer are not covered.

4.  Loss or Theft:

   • The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry.
