My Miamor Philippines only allows return and exchange for this condition only:

  • Wrong item or wrong size delivered

I. The customer has to raise the request for return and exchange within seven (7) days of order receipt. You have to send a private message on My Miamor Facebook & Instagram Official Pages "(Order No.)_Return & Exchange Request" with the attachment of the photo of the item/s received.

II. Item/s to be exchanged must be in the exact condition from the time it was purchased: unworn and unused.

III. If you have the item as a gift, the original buyer should be the one to raise the request to us.
